Monthly Arrangements $30,000
This non-exclusive arrangement is for the few and the bold. It includes priority dates in my calendar, multiple multi-hour trysts, travel adventures in between
-Outcall +$200
-Public Social Date: From 2 to 3 hours - $500 per hour
-I do not provide Greek
-In date extensions are $1000/h
-My rates are for my time and companionship only.
Notes
-For screening, I require a selfie with photo ID or a paid videocall on SP https://www.sextpanther.com/sukisin
-Once approved, I require a non-refundable 20% deposit. Deposits are only refundable if I have to cancel.
- You can pay with Zelle, Cashapp, Apple Pay, BTC/ETH cryptocurrency.
- Dates four hours or longer required a meal.
- Dates six hours or longer required social time outside of our room. If not a $500 fee is required. Need help thinking of something for us to do? Ask me!
- I require a minimum of 8 hours of undisturbed sleep for overnight stays.
- Should I be staying for an extended period of time, kindly provide me a couple hours daily to work out, take a shower, and go over any private messages.
Etiquette
All clients must be screened and verified prior to scheduling for safety. This is non-negotiable. Thank you for understanding.
Manners
-Those who approach me politely and intelligently are welcome. This means that no text message or email exchange should contain any explicit inquiries or phrases.
- I will instantly ignore those who behave or speak inappropriately.
- Please respect my privacy and don't question me about my personal life, true identity, or any other identifying information. Please follow me on other social media platforms to keep up with me.
Compensation
-My fees are non-negotiable since I believe they are reasonable considering the experience I offer.
- When you arrive to my incall, kindly set the appropriate donation in an envelope on a table in plain sight and excuse yourself to use the restroom (see hygiene below). If hosting, please have the envelope on the bathroom counter for me. If meeting in public, please place it in a giftbag or giftbox and offer it when you arrive if we are meeting in public place.
Cancellation Policy
- A 20% Deposit will be required to secure your booking.
- This deposit is Non-Refundable unless I have to cancel then your deposit will be returned within 48hrs.
Hygiene
-Make sure you are extremely clean. Clean gives me a sense of comfort and guarantees you a special time.
- I do require clients to freshen up before our date by showering, using mouthwash.
Time
- I kindly request that you respect my time as much as I respect yours. Usually, this means showing up on time for your appointment. Please don't be late or arrive early. If you will be running late or need to cancel, please notify me as soon as possible.
